2nd Hard Drive for my M18x. Which should I go for?

Hi guys, my first post to this forum and of course it's a request for help!

My M18x has a single hard drive, a 750Gig. I'd like to fit a 2nd hard drive of equal or greater capacity just for data storage. I'm not really a gamer so ultimate speed isn't a factor.

I'd be grateful if someone could suggest a make/model I should consider?

If your just going for HDDs and not SSDs (which are hella faster) then you can search Newegg.

If all you want is storage, why not get a NAS or external HDD and attach it through the modem/router? You can get a heck of a lot more capacity.

Thanks for the reply & I have thought about a NAS, BUT, I take my laptop away with me and I don't fancy humping the NAS too! The Laptop weighs enough

I suppose. I was looking into making my NAS available online. That way you can access your storage at all times.

I only put 512GB ssd in my M18x and use a $189.00 3TB usb 3.0 external drive I bought at Costco that is only half the speed of my ssd drives.
