My Alienware 17 got 8-beep from a bad overclocked, I was using Evga PrecisionX. I've tried:

Reset cmos - got 5 beep then back to 8
remove battery - unplug power - remove cmos battery- drain power - change RAM slot - hold "Fn" - still 5 beep then 8
Change GPU (gtx 860m) - still didn't work.

Did I fried my CPU also? Or I have to replace my mobo?

8 beeps means your display is broken. I assume you are using Windows 10 and it was recommended that you don't use evga precision x to oc your gpu. You'll have to reflash the lcd and try again.

If you want to overclock the gpu then you'll need to mod the vbios then use something like nvidia inspector.
