Alienware 17 R2 2015 heating issues

iam facing heat issues on my new alienware laptop without even gaming.Laptop start to heat while web browsing.The keyboard mid area is buring like hell.Is this common or any fault of alienware.This my first alienware.

grab an app like hwinfo or hwmonitor and watch your temps. HWinfo should give you some control over the fans.

I have found this issue with mine too....having monitored both GPU and CPU at load the temps are fine...it is just the keyboard that is hot, so clearly the keyboard is forming part of the exhaust system! I have found however that installing BIOS A05 the problem is much improved.

I keep my fans at 100%, and also use a Notebook Cooler (Deepcool M6). Temps seem to be much better.

Yes I had a CM U3+ which I was using for my Asus G750 with the three removable fans not attached(it didn't need them) I have put them back on and that is keeping the keyboard cooler. As I said no issue with GPU/CPU temps at all.

i believe if the fans working good and you can monitor your laptop temperature from any application like hwmonitor , its normally you will fell the platforme from the side of power button its heating like a hell , its normal practice for gamers lol
