Alienware 18 won't turn on (for 6 months now)

Hi guys,

So my problem started about a month after I first bought the laptop.
I was playing a game on it when the laptop suddenly cut out, and since then I haven't been able to turn it back on.
Since I have a 1 year warranty, I figured it would be easy to get it fixed or replaced.

I have tried contacting Dell and Alienware in every way I could think of (part of why I'm here now).
Note: I tired every way suggested on the support site.
The laptop died almost 6 months ago now, So I've become pretty frustrated at just how difficult it is to get in touch with someone who can fix my problem.

Does anyone know where I can send the Laptop back to them or a foolproof way to get in contact with them?

Any help or assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated.
