Alienware command center not working properly.after PC upgrade.

I upgraded this past weekend adding two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPUs and Model: ATA Samsung SSD 850 256 GB, the install went well technically I used Samsung's migration software to transfer to the new drive. The only issue now is command center still loads but reads and monitors nothing. I first ran repair program no luck, then uninstalled and reloaded still same issue. My worry is I cannot tell if my CPU pump is working, I can see the system fan and water cooler fans. What can I do to fix this?
My PC Specs listed below for review.

The best thing to do would be to reinstall windows from scratch. It's a longish process but you will get the best results. Cloning from an HDD to SSD isn't a great way to go in my opinion.
If you don't want to do that then you can try uninstalling Command Center again and then reinstalling or upgrading all of your drivers in the correct order. There is a guide on how to do that here somewhere. You could also try reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. I believe the program needs that to run.

I did a clean install and got the same results, I have tried just about everything i could find that seemed reliable or made sense.
