Area 51 ALX - Overclocking

Good afternoon,

I wondering if someone kindly can use their experience and help me with my Alienware! I have recently adquired the Alienware Area 51 ALX, I think is the 2010 model!. After a long searching a have manage to install 24 GB of RAM and so far, fingers cross, it is stable. Now, I have been trying to OC my processor (i7 970 3.20Ghz). I managed to get it up to 4.1Ghz, but after 5 minutes or less, the PC just reboots itself. I have reduced the speed in the BIOS setting, 5 times so far and it seems like it just working fine with the original 133 MHz on the CPU BClk adjustment! I do not know if this happening because I have changed the setting to make the 24GB of RAM running properly or if there is something I can do in the BIOS settings to OC my processor without rebooting.

Here are the Desktop details:

Intel Core i7 970 - 3.20Ghz
Corsair Vengeance 24 GB (3×8GB) PC3-12800 DDR3 - 1600GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6950 + AMD Radeon HD 6950 (Crossfire)
Windows 10 Home 64x
Water Cooling system

These are the setting, which I am using at the moment to running everything properly:

CPU speed: 133x24 (3.20GHz)
Memory Speed: 133x12 (1600MHz)
Current QPI Speed: 4.800GT/s

QPI frequency : AUTO
Memory Ratio: AUTO
XMP Support: Disable
CPU Core non turbo ratio : 24

ADVANCE DRAM Configuration:
tCL: 9
tRCD: 9
tRP: 9
tRAS: 27
tRFC: 150
tWR: 12
tWTR: 6
tRRD: 4
tRTP: 6

Dynamic CPU Vcore Offset : by CPU VID
DDR3 Memory voltage : Auto
IOH Voltage : Auto
QPI and Uncore Voltage: default.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this problem. Many Thanks to everyone. Roger.
