I'm amazed how there is no thread here on this. Have played all of them and AC3 coming up in October (sadly November for us PC guys) seems to be the biggest and best so far! can't wait for it!

I have played ALL the Assassin's Creed(Yes, the ones for DS too).

Nintendo -> The Legend of Zelda
Microsoft -> Assassin's Creed

Best game of those franchise
