AW 17 R1 - what 1920x1080 panel for an upgrade ?

Could any one let me know which panel I can buy for an AW 17 R1 (Feb 2014) which has 1600x900.

I was looking on eBay, but without luck.

Can I look for a generic 17.3" 1920x1080 IPS panel or does it have to be specific model ?

I might even buy 3D panel but if I am right, there is more parts to replace (bazel, etc).

and just change your display settings. 3D will not work on a r1 the video card dose not support it. Hope this helps you.
