I recieved my alienware a couple of weeks ago and it came with a game, word of warcraft starter edition , but on installation at 2% it says i dont have a temp file extension, i tried many times without luck.
You should try running the repair installation file from the uninstall feature. Don't actually uninstall it by the way. Do you have a battle.net account already setup that you've used to play, even from another computer?
