Yea, I have a tendency to change my img up every couple weeks.

What I have observed on other forums, they come by to help provide support and contact options when major problems arise with one of their systems.

funny how everyone is "oh cool" but in the backs of their minds its like "the service sucks, their support in india sucks" im just saying what you guys say on the forums lol

Well to break a spear in their favour, I've dealt with italian's customer support when I wanted to extend my warranty, beside the fact that I've had to speak with someone who's native language was clearly not italian (but I kinda expected that, every call center of the major companies are located in Romania nowadays), they were very kind and efficient.
