Well to break a spear in their favour, I've dealt with italian's customer support when I wanted to extend my warranty, beside the fact that I've had to speak with someone who's native language was clearly not italian (but I kinda expected that, every call center of the major companies are located in Romania nowadays), they were very kind and efficient.
