FPS Drops and Audio Loops. Please Help!

The majority of the games I play drop from a steady frame rate all the way down to about 3 and then up again. This happens every 15 seconds. Another issue is that I have audio loops. For instance if someone said
"Get to the tower", it would go "Get to the the the the tower." This also occurs about every 15 seconds. Please Help!
I also have a Geforce GTX 560M but it doesnt show in the dxdiag

Set from nVidia control manager for the game you want to play to use the GTX and not the integrated graphics.

I have it so that my GTX is set for default.

Just double check it and set it for every single application you use, you might never know.
Also, I'm assuming your drivers are up to date.

Ya i got the newest video driver from nvidia
Edit: I installed the ones from dell instead just in case and I reinstalled all the drivers. Made sure all the games were set for Nvidia High-Performance processor.

Sometimes I find that you need to turn off some of the special effects, like SSAO and HDR.

Out of curiosity, are you playing on battery?

I have the charger plugged in and how can you disable those special effect?

Those special effects are all in game settings. They affect your FPS a great deal. Well in my case they did.
