I think it's broken. It won't run anything.. I don't know how to further troubleshoot.. I'm going to replace it one day.. after almost 4 years of holding on to this, I think I'm ready to throw it in the rubbish bin.. but I'm stubbornly attached.

Microprocessor heat sink appears to be full of dust which can cause the system to shut down due to excessive heat. Try blowing the dust out of the heatsink with compressed air.

I've had it pristine clean before it always posts "FF" on the display screen on the motherboard. I just drug it out from under my bed while cleaning and thought maybe somebody else knows more about these particular aliens than myself. I will clean it again tho and see what happens with a different power supply.
