I have a Gigabyte Aivia Osmium keyboard plugged into my Alienare X51 R1 and I was hoping someone could help me with a problem that I have with it. The keyboard has a built in USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 port so is connected to the PC with a USB 2.0 cable and a USB 3.0 cable to a USB 2.0 and 3.0 port on the PC, the keyboard works with no issues in Windows 10 but for some reason the keyboard is not recognised until Windows has booted which means that I am unable to access the BIOS. I have read online that keyboards have to be plugged into a specific USB port but I don't know for certain that this is true and if so how do I find out which one is the correct one. Gigabyte support (and their forum) have been very unhelpful with this problem so I was hoping that someone on here could help me.

Thanks in advance.
