Does anyone have any idea when will be the next m14x refresh and what upgrades do you think it will be getting?

It'll be out whenever the new GPU's come out. That's all I really know, Nobody really really know's about these things. But it'll have a 4th generation processor and new Nvidia graphics card, GDDR5.

Yeh .. Nobody really knows. I bought my M17xR3 and then a month later the R4 came out. Cut. But still the R3 is pretty damn good.
