M15x CPU and GPU ugrade

I am currently having an Alienware M15x with intel i7- 740Q @1.73 GHz , 4 GB RAM and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to to upgrade my graphics card? Any recommendations on the CPU and GPU upgrades will help so much.

thank you so much. Any recommendations on the PSU and also the cooling system ? I read before that 920xm/940xm will overclock with m15x motherboard

You don't need to upgrade the Power Supply or Cooling. The PC with operate just fine.
