I purchased an M17r3 for Christmas and had it running about a month when the motherboard blew. I have been waiting for a repair for about 3 weeks and was told today that the part wont be available from China until the end of the month.
I have been apologized to 50 time but at some point it gets beyond that. I paid 2000.00 cash for the machine and I wonder if I were making payments if the repair situation would be different. I am very disappointed in the customer service and what it has become since Dell took over.
