Motherboard issue

I am trying to get my blizzard downloader program to connect me online so I went to Blizard Tech support and they told me that a certain aspect of my motherboard wasn't loading. I wonder how I can fix this issue?

The part is called ROOT\LEGACY_QKNFD\0000

I currently run on windows 7.

When it comes to motherboards, all i can think of is making sure you have the most recent BIOS.

there is no problem on Alienware Auorora mb, all Blizzard' s games can work flawlessly

(i don t like em so much, but i have em all and there are no hw problems)
