my alienware crashes!! help!

hi all,
im new on this forum!
my name is tijmen i come from holland (sorry for my bad english)
i have an alien ware m14x r2 core I7.
my problem is: when im surving on the internet my pc somtimes just crash! i cant do anything except shut it down and restart again...
when i game there is no problem! never crashes.. its only while im on the internet..

PC specs:
Alien ware
Processor:Intel R2 core I7-3630QM CPU 2.40GHZ
RAM: 6GB
systemtype: 64Bit

Welcome! First thing I would do is make sure that all your drivers are up to date. Go onto the dell website and get into the Support section. Enter your service tag (located under your machine) and it will give you all the drivers for your machine.
Good place to start.
