My DVD cant read any disc!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys, i just got my M14x R2 a week ago and have not yet tried to use a disc. today when i did try it is not able to read any disc i put in burned or commercial dvd's, the alien autopsy says the driver Matshita DVD+/- RW UJ8A7 with Firmware Revision 1.00 is not supported and it cant read any disc original and burned music discs any solutions guys ?

First idea is usually drivers. Maybe try reinstalling your chipset or OSD from the Dell website. Other than that I think you would need to contact Dell and get a new drive installed.

Try updating the drivers, if that doesn't work either there's some loose cable or it's a faulty drive.
