New Bios needed for overclock?

Hi all, i wanna know:


are the Aurora Bios locked? Can we overclock the cpu with normal bios?

do i need a modded bios to overclock my Aurora R4 ALX?

I would like to know that as well my latest bios update is A08 it will not install the A11 bios for some reason it locks up and i have to reboot so i guess A08 is all i can do. I have the 8 core processor and was told i could not overclock this8 cores so i have never tried as yet.

Let me explain:

Alienware mobo let me overclock my cpu as i want, but it locks voltage to a too hi value.


I want to decrease voltage!
