I just installed an SSD, using the Alienware provided disks (2).

I've got the Blueray DVD player, and realized I didn't get any disk to reload the software in order to run it. It works only as regular DVD and won't play any Blueray. I also didn't get any DVD Burner Software backup disk either.

All I got was the Alienware Windows 7 disk, and the X51 Resource disk.

The Resource disk was working, but I'm now getting an error when I try to open it: "Run-time error '-2147217407 (80041001)': Automation error", so I can't see if the software I need is on it. Dell's website hasn't any listed either.

same error here, resource installer won't open
m11x r3 netbook, accidentally installed Windows 7 32 bit (x86) and then, I guess, installed drivers in the wrong order (since some of them weren't suited for this platform). So at first, clean Windows, that file was opening, but after I installed some drivers it started giving the frerror.
I installed Visual Basic express 2010, net framework etc, nothing helped so far.
