Replacing GPU -- PSU upgrade needed?

I have an i7 X51 R1 (2 yrs old). PSU is 330 watts, current card is GTX 555.

I never do gaming. This computer is used only to do webcasts in 720p, so I'm not really taxing the GPU. The problem is that with this graphics card, I get a 'haze' over my video stream. Not really bad, but it's definitely not as clear as it should be. I put in a Radeon HD 7770 and got absolutely crystal clear webcasts, but the driver would crash and end the webcast quite often.

So, I need a different card, but I don't need a top-of-the-line gaming card. I have the official Dell list of certified upgrades. But when I look at the nvidia web page for these cards, they all say they require a minimum system PSU of 400 watts or higher. Can I safely put these cards in without doing some kind of PSU upgrade?

Also, I have a used 260gtx available to use. This is not on the Dell list. Could I safely try this card without hurting the computer?
