I'm going to purchase me the 128Gb 830 series and make it a raid 0 since I already have a 128Gb 470 series.

That's great Tommy did u make it into a Raid configuration? If so which raid config. did you do?
I wish I had the 512gb SSD but they cost to much for my wallet at this moment in time. It's ok I still have a 1Tb Hdd for storage

The 256GB is actually a little faster than the 512GB in benchmarks. Not sure if you would see a real world difference though. No RAID. I have one in my desktop and one in a laptop.
