Just wondered if anyone has run into an issue with this benchmark on their upgraded x51.

I have a 1st gen 3770 i7 x51 with 340watt PS and GTX 660 TI OC.

I also have a SSD and 3TB HD.

I had an issue with it crashing requiring the computer to need to be hard reset.

After updating the drivers failed to help, i tried putting the GPU power to 80% which made it run without issue.

Very nice looking benchmark that really runs nice on my x51.

I just am sort of wondering if my PSU brick is getting weak, or if this is just the first thing I have run that really pushes the x51 that hard.

Thanks!

15390 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti(1x) and Intel Core i7-3770 Processor

Graphics Score 17169
Physics Score 9528
Combined Score 18019

bbond007,
Sounds like you are maxxing out your 340watt psu. If you want to get more out of your 660 oc here is some suggestions that might help: here is ehat i did with my x51 r2 i7 4770k. I have a Radeon r9 270 and getting some nice oc numbers. I added a corsair cx750 watt psu external to the graphics card. I installed TRIXX SAPPHIRE oc tool so i can also adjust voltages of the card. Im currently running stable on all CODS including ghosy and BF3/4 at 1255 ghz from 925 ghz before ocing, my voltage is 1.275 with no crashes. I also installed a side case panel fan 80 mm over the cpu fan for better airflow out the case. I'm also going to install 2 125x25mm exhaust flat fans to suck. Hot air off the the card and interior. Hope this helps you.
