The sanding/priming/ repainting process begins...

Well, I used that cutting compound and some synthetic wax on my gloss black predator 2 case, results are... OK, it definitely needs a real cutting compound, only trouble is, there isn't any clear coat on it, I used a foam polishing pad from a cheap drill brush set off of Amazon, i got a kit with multiple foam styles but didn't use it.

this case was in bad shape when I got it, heavily scratched, but shiny. Now its slightly less scratched and more shiny, but still in bad shape. I suppose it was worth a shot.

Did you paint the alien badges(besides the glow in the dark)? Going to be a very slick machine when you get the face plate and LEDs connected. Nice work. I'll be adding some update photos in about an hour.

Yeah I painted them black to stand out against the metallic/glow paint

Probably needs one more touch up, I dripped and a bubble botch near the bottom I need to fix, and the alien to be actually painted. Might touch the bay covers one last time too15818182457446622435325912360643.jpg
