Video card and cpu thermal paste?

I would like to replace the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU.

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the heat sinks from either or both.

Here is the manual. It shows how to remove the CPU and heatsink.

Thank you, does that heat sink cover both the CPU and GPU? If it does then I can replace the thermal paste on both and replace the heat sink.

Not sure about that. You should be able to tell once you have it open.

I already took it apart and reapplied the paste and am reassembling it. They did a HORRIBLE job applying paste at the factory. It was a mess and paste was everywhere.

It is done and running 20-30c cooler than it was.
