Wanted: Alienware 17 replacement parts

Hello,

I am looking for a replacement part of the top cover of the base for my Alienware 17.
Sorry I don't know the actual name of that replacement part, it's the part where the keyboard/touchpad/power button are, where you rest your palm typing for example.

Any idea where I can find such parts outside of US? I don't care if refurbished or authentic, dell doesn't ship outside of US and I am desperate to get that part and replace it.
