Since November 2014, I've been using a EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-1972-KR Superclocked.
EVGA's carry a 3 year warranty.

Nevermind the cheaper build or the PNY awesome 1 year warranty. ;)
The PNY does have something that EVGA doesn't...
...that cute little mini-HDMI to standard-HDMI adapter dongle included for free!

The EVGA Ref. & SC are the same. Flash Up. Flash Down.
I flashed the BIOS to reference clocks the first few months, now I have it stock SC +90 MHz Clock and run at default settings.
Use Vsync, compatible performance, MSI Afterburner, watch the temps., dial-in game graphics settings so the card doesn't work over 85%.
TDP says 150 watts, what they don't tell you is that these cards require more amps and run at higher voltages then, say, the 660IT 1.175 vs. 1.212 v. +Maxwell is a great overclocker.
330 watts. This is where the type and rating of power board capacitors becomes important.
