Afternoon all!

I bought a x51 about a year and a half ago, and even though it still runs most of my favorite games, its about the time that I get some upgraded components. That said, I know there are limitations regarding said computer (Tower size, Power supply, Mini-Itx motherboard, etc) I was wondering if you all could do me a favor and see if my current plan for new parts looks feasible.

Current specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 545
OS: Windows 7 Home Edition, 64 bit

*Current component ideas:*

Knowing that the size of the new graphics card is rather large, I had planned to move components to a new case, in order to replace install the Geforce 760, and bigger PS.

Thoughts on the build? Many thanks in advance :D
