X51 r1 keeps shutting off! (help)

Hey guys, my X51 r1 keeps shutting down everytime I play any games. When I try to restart it usually fails and turns back off. I usually let it unplug the power and leave it alone for a couple minutes then it magically works again! Im not really sure if its the video card(gtx555) or power supply(330w), etc

Maybe download afterburner to see what's happening, sounds like it could be overheating, then you could maybe pin point the error if its hardware or software related

I've had a similar problem with my X51 R1 with the only difference being that sometimes my system also shut down when browsing the internet (i.e. not only in games). When I looked at the Alienware system diagnostics tool (I don't know the name exactly) it always said that something was wrong with the GPU driver. I have updated the driver several times, no luck.

At the end what seems to have solved the issue was that I removed the GPU and put it back again. So far no problems and it was like 2-3 months ago.
