X51 R1 Motherboard failure?

Recently upon restarting my X51 R1 it will, instead of booting up, just beep repeatedly - forever. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a resolution or am I experiencing what I'm dreading, which would be a motherboard failure? If it is the motherboard going out on me, is there a simple solution or am I going to have to replace the entire motherboard?

Mind you it runs fine otherwise. No issues after finally getting it to start after multiple attempts.

It could be a RAM seating issue. Try reseating your RAM. I've read that setting the system in the horizontal position fixes this issue.

I've done both, and... maybe laying it in the horizontal position did something? I don't know. It still took multiple attempts to reboot. Reseating the RAM didn't appear to work either.
