ZOTAC RTX2080 too big for R7 Case

I bought the one below and it is 12.13" and it will not fit in my R6 or R7 case without removing the fan. The RTX has 3 fans on it but I am not sure if I want to remove the front fan and try to cram this in there. Thoughts ?
